This Box Office is open one hour before the day's first screening until the final screening. EFTPOS and Credit Card are accepted at this venue. Cash is not accepted.
The Box Office is located on the lower food court level and is located at the end of the Kino bar.

There is a bar serving drinks as well as snacks and popcorn at the entrance to the Kino cinemas.

Venue Access
- Access to the cinema from street level is via multiple entrances
-From the Flinders Lane entrance, there is step-free ramp access from the street and then take the ramp to the lower ground level. Head towards the Kino Cinemas entrance in the centre of the food court.
-From the Exhibition St entrance, there is step-free ramp access from the street. Head straight ahead and down the set of stairs or use the ramp towards the lower ground level. Head towards the Kino Cinemas entrance in the centre of the food court.
-From the Collins St entrance, there is a set of stairs on the left-hand side to the lower ground level. Head towards the Kino Cinemas entrance in the centre of the food court.
-From the Sofitel driveway entrance, there is step-free access from the street. Head towards the lift and take the lift to the ground floor then use the ramp next to the lift to access the lower ground level to access Kino Cinemas. There are also escalators down to the lower ground level. Turn left and it is a short walk to the Kino Cinemas entrance.
-From the Collins Place car park, take the lift to the lower ground level, and then use the ramp down to Kino Cinemas.

Cinema Seating

- For both Kino 1 and Kino 2, you enter at the rear of the cinema. There is one small row of seats that has step-free access from the door to the cinema and then there are stairs leading towards the front of the cinema on each side.
Step-free accessible seating is available in Cinema 1 and Cinema 2, located at the rear of the cinema at entry level. Please ask a MIFF FOH staff member for assistance when you arrive at the venue. Closed Captions
- This venue is able to screen films with Closed Captions. Kino has 2 Captiview units available. Please refer to the How to Book Your Tickets section to enquire about which films are available with Closed Captioning.

Open Captions
- This venue is able to screen films with Open Captions. Please see the Open Captions section on the miff.com.au/access page for details about which sessions will be screening with Open Captions. - There are multiple bathrooms available inside Kino in close proximity to both Kino 1 and Kino 2.
- There is an accessible toilet in Collins Place, located next to the right of the escalators.
