Hamer Hall, the city's premier concert venue, hosts a range of performances across all music styles.
It is home to the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and the preferred Melbourne performance venue for the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
With technical capability to host an extensive range of concerts Hamer Hall attracts a broad range of local, national and international artists, showcasing jazz, rock, pop, multi-cultural, chamber and cabaret and contemporary bands as well as classical musicians.

Physical Entry
All venues are wheelchair accessible from street level and the Arts Centre Melbourne car park, with lifts operating between levels in both the Theatres building and Hamer Hall.
Accessible Toilet
Toilet facilities for people with access requirements are located on every level of Hamer Hall. Closest toilets are to the left of the main entrance.
Ticket Booking
Should you have access requirements, please book your tickets by calling our friendly Box Office staff who will assist you. The contact number is 03 8660 4898.
MIFF is also contactable through the National Relay Service on 133 677 then MIFF Office 03 8660 4898. Some cinemas have limited wheelchair space, so we recommend booking well in advance.
Accessible Parking
All levels of the Arts Centre Melbourne Car Park are fully wheelchair accessible.
Disabled parking bays are clearly marked and available on both levels with easy access to our theatres. Please display your valid Disabled Persons Parking Permit, standard rates apply.
17 spaces are on the Upper level, turn left after entry gates.
5 spaces are on the Lower level, just after the entry gates.
Discounts for the Valet parking service is also available for permit holders.
Audio Assistance
Assisted listening devices are available for use in all seats of Arts Centre Melbourne venues. These units are available free of charge from venue staff, and either use standard headphones or connect with your hearing aid via a neck loop.
